3. How much does it cost to launch with a Maincard Sandbox?
We offer two pricing models to support different launch strategies. The standard white-label setup costs $19,999, with a 15% GGR revenue share. For a lower entry point, the starter package is $4,999 + $799/month, also with a 15% GGR revenue share. Both options include the same core platform capabilities.
1. What is Maincard and how does it work?
Maincard Sandbox is a white-label iGaming platform that enables you to build and operate your own online casino, sportsbook, lottery, or sweepstakes brand without development work. You get an end-to-end solution including payments, game content, compliance tools, and player management.

4. What types of content and betting options are available?
You can access 15,000+ games, including slots, live casino, table games, virtual sports, and a full sportsbook with thousands of sports and esports events, including live betting options.
5. Can i customize the gaming experience?
Yes, you are able to customize the entire player-facing experience including branding, layouts, game mix selections, promotions, and player journeys. Providers, games, sports and esports categories can be tailored to your requirements.
7. Can I make updates while the platform is live?
Yes. Visual and content updates can be applied to a live site with no downtime, allowing you to react to perfomance insights and market trends.
6. Can I request additional integrations, front-end modifications, or new features to be added to the platform?
Yes, we offer flexibility for additional integrations, front-end adjustments, and custom feature development. Each request is carefully reviewed to understand the scope, technical requirements, and overall impact on the platform. Depending on the complexity and development effort required, additional fees may apply.
8. Can I use my own domain and branding?
Yes. You can use your own domain, and you also have full control over which of your branding assets, logos, banners or visuals are used, whitch allows you to create a unique look and feel for your brand.

9. What payment methods are supported?
We support both fiat and crypto payments, using a cascading setup through trusted partners to ensure secure transactions and high approval rates across global markets. Payment methods are localized for maximum conversion.
10. What are the transaction fees?
Fees vary by region and payment method, but we optimize every setup to achieve the lowest possible rates. Pricing is transparent with no hidden fees.
11. How does revenue sharing work?
Maincard charges a 15% share of the Gross Gaming Revenue (GGR), which covers technology, game content, licensing, payments, compliance, and ongoing support. There are no minimum volume requirements — the same transparent model applies whether you’re launching your first brand or managing multiple operations. This structure eliminates hidden costs and allows you to scale with predictable margins and minimal risk.
12. Can I get protection from negative GGR?
Negative GGR protection is an optional liquidity coverage service that is provided through a trusted partner. The cover protects against game volatility and provides payouts during negatively performing months. This ensures predictable income and assists with the stable growth of the brand.
13. Are there any additional costs I should be aware of?
Where applicable, there may be additional costs, however this is dependent on the cover provided by third-party services, such as affiliate tools, custom integrations, and or managed services. There are no hidden platform fees, and full transparency is provided during the onboarding stage.

14. Do I need my own gaming license to launch a casino or sportsbook?
No. You can operate under Maincard’s existing license without applying for your own, which dramatically reduces launch time, compliance complexity, and upfront costs.
15. What licenses and regulations are covered?
Maincard operates under an Anjouan gaming license, and with our legal opinion for the US market we can offer a sweepstakes-based legal framework enabling a fast and fully compliant go-to-market strategy.
16. In which countries can I legally operate?
Our licensing enables operators to legally operate in most countries worldwide where online gaming is permitted. Each license covers specific jurisdictions. Let us know where you plan to operate, and we will recommend the most suitable license for your target market.
17. How do you handle KYC/AML compliance?
